What is PPWR?

PPWR is the EU’s new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation. From August 2026 it sets new rules for all packaging sold into the EU, such as how it’s made, labelled and recycled.

What is EPR?

EPR means Extended Producer Responsibility. Many EU countries ask businesses that send packaged goods there to register and pay towards recycling. Sellers outside the EU often also need a local representative, and this is done country by country.

Why we’ve paused

Delune is a one-person business based outside the EU. Setting up in each country takes time, paperwork and fees that are hard for a business our size. Rather than get it wrong, we’ve paused EU orders while we work out the right way forward.
